Ghee
Organic Ghee from Wholy Cow.
Made in Minnesota with organic butter from the Kalona Creamery Co-op.
Ghee is great for cooking and is a more sustainable option than coconut oil. Great for anything which needs high heat cooking.

Wholy Cow Ghee
More ghee will be available for deliveries starting the week of December 3.
Wholy Cow is a Minneapolis company that makes Ghee, double filtered and a great replacement for coconut oil or any high heat cooking.
This is one package of their 13.5 ounce organic version.
This organic version is made from milk out of the Kalona IA creamery co-op. They do offer a less expensive 'pasture' version from Ireland. However, in our research the milk labeling from Irish milk is quite deceptive, with one major brand claiming to be 'grass fed' while also stating on their website that the cows are fed grains (conventional ones at that). This version is local and we know raised without added hormones, pesticides and the like.
