Home Delivery Cost Options

We have two home delivery options:

The new (optional) program reduces home delivery cost to just $4.99 per delivery.

At TC Farm, we believe providing sustainable jobs with health care and retirement contributions is our responsibility. We strive to build a sustainable lifestyle for our staff, farmers and food makers. Those who make our food have to rely on tips to feed their own families.

If you enjoy TC Farm, getting a home delivery is a great way to support our work in the community. In the metro area, home delivery allows us to build economies of scale and lower costs. It is also eaiser for us to provide higher quality perishable items since we deliver directly to your door with more abilty to protect cold and heat sensative items.

This annual program is just $99 and will pay for itself after a few deliveries. It also allows you to economically set up default weekly schedules for any of our items. Having members set up a standing schedule is critical for our work to make the highest quality milk and year-round produce possible in our community.

Please be aware it may take us a week to update your account and confirm your home delivery registration. If you have an order that is already in process, that will probably be delivered as it was originally scheduled.

How TC Farm Home Deliveries Work

• Your TC Farm Portal home page will show the date of your delivery and what you are getting.
• Home delivery orders can be edited closer to the date of delivery, see details on the last day to make changes on each delivery.
• The night before your delivery, we will email you a 2 hour window of when to expect your delivery the next day and confirm the morning of again.
• The food will be delivered in an insulated cooler which will regulate the temperature throughout the day so you do NOT need to be at home at the time of delivery - Remove the name sticker from your cooler then save and return the cooler and gel packs.
• Please let the driver drop off the foam cooler at your door - with over 30 stops per route, if the driver has to spend even 2 or 3 minutes waiting for you to unload the items from a cooler, that would add more than an hour and a half to the route and we wouldn't be able to complete everyone's deliveries on time.
• We delivery to a radius of about 30 miles from the center of the metro. If we can't accommodate home delivery to you now, you won't be charged, but will be added to the waiting list until we have enough people in your area to support regular home delivery service.

About returns:

1. Please be sure to remove the sticker with your name on your old cooler (this helps us so much!)
2. Only return perfectly clean egg cartons, compost the others.
3. Be sure to stack / nest your egg carton returns (see below for a picture of what "stacked" means) - otherwise we have to stop and stack them while we are picking thousands of items for your next order.
4. You can stack your egg cartons inside your coolers to protect them.
