Holding the Line on Prices

You don't need us to tell you. Food is more expensive in the grocery store lately. TC Farm has been holding the line on our prices. We go into more detail about what we've done, why our members aren't as affected by the price increases seen elsewhere and more.
Portal Update: Easier to See What's In Your Delivery

We made a change to the member portal delivery screen that we hope will be a welcome one: We've replaced the bigger box cards with a more compact table view. This way, you should be able to see what's coming in future deliveries without having to scroll nearly as much!
Minnesota Department of Agriculture Awards TC Farm Grant

This one is kind of a big deal: The Minnesota Department of Agriculture (MDA) recently awarded TC Farm a grant to continue building out our warehouse and delivery program. Learn more about why this is a big deal and how we plan to use the grant to keep doing what we do even better.
New for July: Smoked Boneless Chops

TC Farm has something new for members starting in July: Smoked Boneless Chops. These are smoked and pre-cooked and ready to warm and serve. Sear them up or slice and serve them cold. So good!
Weekly Microgreens - Starting July 11

We had enough members sign up to get regular deliveries of freshly grown microgreens that we are able to start having them as a weekly offering! TC Farm will be starting to offer freshly grown microgreens as a regular weekly offering beginning the week of July 11.
Red Ranger Thighs: Out of Stock until Early July

Our Red Ranger Chicken Thighs (306) are temporarily out of stock. We expect to have them back in stock later in July. Until then, consider adding our Cornish Cross chicken thighs as a replacement.
Deliveries: Week of July 4th

The 4th of July is on a Monday. If you are getting a delivery that week, you might be wondering how it affects deliveries. The short answer:
- Members who normally get deliveries on Tuesdays will get deliveries on Wednesday, July 6.
- Some members who normally get deliveries on Wednesdays have been moved to Thursday, July 7
- There will be no change for members who normally get deliveries on Thursdays

Storm Damage - Volunteers needed

While those of us living in the metro still have memories of Wednesday night's storm fresh on our minds, it was Monday afternoon's storm that hit one of our farms head on. Hard. Probably from a microburst.
Elizabeth O'Sullivan, who raises chickens for TC Farm at her farm in Northfield, goes into more detail about the storm that hit Monday and could really use some additional hands this weekend to help rebuild some things (especially if you happen to be handy with a hammer or drills).
