​It's been a little over a month since our last update about TC Farm milk. We delivered samples of the milk to our members last fall (yay!) and have been "almost ready" to start delivering for the last several months. But we are still waiting for the final green light. Read on to learn more about what's up and expected timing for launch.

We've made some updates to the member portal to make it easier for you to add things or move things to a different upcoming delivery.

A bunch of members are getting tulips in their May deliveries. We thought it might be helpful to put together a page with a couple of tips.

We have lamb back in stock for deliveries beginning in May!

Spring must be here! We have ramps! In addition to the mushroom packages that we offer, we now have ramps that you can add to your next delivery, too. Learn more.

Local, organically grown flowers to celebrate spring.

We will be delivering them the first three weeks of May.

You can get them in home deliveries any of those weeks. Or add them to your May neighborhood deliveries too! If you want to get them in time for Mother's Day, you need to be sure to add them to one of our home deliveries on May 3-4-5.

Starting in May, we have a bunch of new nuts for our members to add to their orders.

We had enough people tell us that they loved getting Minnesota grown microgreens every other week that we're looking to offer them year round! We just need to make sure we have enough members who want them!

For May, our mixed mushrooms will be Maitake and Shiitake.

Members who received greens the last couple of weeks already know that we have been offering the Earthbound Farm organic one pound spring mix. Moving forward, this will be what we continue to offer for our spring mix. We also have 3 new greens selections to order. Learn more about what they are and why we made the switch!

You might have read in the news recently about avian flu here in Minnesota. Since our chickens and hens are pasture raised, limiting their exposure to wild birds poses special challenges.

One of our farmers, Elizabeth O'Sullivan, shares what her family is doing to keep our hens safe while lifting their spirits, too!

We've been huge fans of Triple Crown organic sauce for years. We use it all the time on our pulled pork and pulled beef. Triple Crown is made right here in Minneapolis and Andy has been a big supporter of TC Farm for years. You can now add three different kinds of Triple Crown sauce to your TC Farm deliveries. Mmmmm.

Our bacon burger fans out there (you know who you are!) are going to be excited to hear that our bacon burgers are back in stock! Not just back: Now we carry two different kinds of bacon burgers! Our original bacon burgers and now we also have bacon burgers made with our herb bacon!

Organic Valley has stopped producing cultured unsalted butter in quarter pound sticks. We will continue to carry their butter in one pound blocks. We have also started to carry Kalona Organic Butter with 4 sticks.

Beginning this March, we now have three new types of ham roasts/cuts you can add to your orders!
