Farming means planning ahead. We need to order seeds for planting and get ready for milk later this spring. Let us know your produce and milk preferences for 2022. With this program, home deliveries are just $4.99 per delivery.

You spoke. We listened! Starting in February, in addition to our mixed variety pack of mushrooms, we will also carry a selection of smaller, individual varieties for order too. This month's mixed selection is Grey Oyster and White Alba. But you can also get a smaller packs of just King Trumpet and just Maitake, too!

Ever ordered our TC Farm pulled pork and think to yourself: "I wish they made this but with beef"? Your days of waiting are over. TC Farm now offers 48 hour smoked pulled beef. Just warm and serve!

Since TC Farm won't be doing deliveries the week of December 27-December 31 - and since lots of our members find that they use a bunch more eggs than usual during the holidays for baking cookies and other delicious treats, we thought we'd remind our members getting home deliveries to think about adding extra eggs to their deliveries this week and next.

Starting this week, we will be phasing in gel packs with some of our home deliveries. We want to make sure your food stays at the right temp. If you get them, be sure to return them with your coolers on your next delivery day.

With even more holidays right around the corner, we've put together a list of some great things for you to try. (Or get as a gift to put in someone's stocking!)

There are plenty of good tips on the internet for ways to thaw and brine your turkey. We thought we'd share a few we use ourselves that we've found along the way.

We've come up with more ways to customize your TC Farm produce deliveries. Get what you want when you want it.

Starting in December, the address for our Brooklyn Park North (River Road) neighborhood pickup location has moved just up the road. Read to learn more. (Note: Our Brooklyn Park Zane/85th Area neighborhood pickup still has the same address.)

If you are picking up at a neighborhood pickup site, be sure to add all your turkey and other items to your delivery before Sunday at midnight!

We're looking for a few volunteers to help out on a couple of our farms. This is a great chance connect with your food and the farmers raising it. Learn more.

We are still looking for a new pickup location in Eden Prairie. Our Eden Prairie 494/Highway 5 location hosted for the last time in October. We have moved everyone who used to pick up there to get home deliveries at the promo rate of $10/delivery.
