A lot of stores are going to be really short on turkey this year. A lot. There were a lot of reasons for that. While TC Farm managed to get our turkey processed, it wasn't easy. Farming is just the first step in getting food to your table.

Many smaller farms went through the same sorts of challenges that we did. We thought we'd be totally transparent and let you get a peek into all of the logistics and last minute changes for this year's turkeys!

For October, we plan to offer Forest Nameko and Maitake as our two varieties.

We've sent a message to all of our members who pick up at a neighborhood pickup site letting them know about this but we just wanted to make sure we let everyone know here, too: We've changed up our neighborhood routes!

That means that the day of the week or the week of the pickup or the time of the pickup window for some members will be changing starting in October.

Our Brooklyn Center location hosted for the last time in August. We have moved everyone who used to pick up in Brooklyn Center to get home deliveries at the promo rate of $10/delivery. If you would like to switch to a nearby neighborhood pickup site, we've got the details here.
