Greens Mix - Now from Revol

For those of you who have been getting greens each month, please note that beginning in May, our organic spring mix has changed. We are really excited to begin offering our greens from Revol.

There have been some consistency issues the past several months. Superior Fresh has had issues with their recently upgraded greenhouse.

With a greenhouse in Medford, Minnesota and watered with filtered rain and snow, this organic spring mix from Revol will be the same size as the Superior Fresh greens we have been offering but comes in a clamshell package.

Contains:

• Baby green leaf
• Red leaf
• Romaine
• Arugula

We think Revol will provide consistently higher quality. They are interested in exploring with us alternatives to plastic packaging (a really big deal if we can do that!)

The salad will be in the plastic clam shell packaging for now.
