This month's pizza crusts

Not all of the pizza crust boxes will have the paper slips with the ingredients in them today so we're including that here.

Organic Heritage Sourdough Par-Baked Pizza Crusts

Ingredients: Organic Heritage Turkey Red Wheat, Water, Salt. No preservatives. Baked in a facility that processes peanut & tree nut products.

Take crust out of freezer. Put on toppings. Load pizza on oven rack. Bake 450º for 8-10 minutes.

July Delivery One Week Later

Due to the holiday and the fact that the first Wednesday is the 1st of the month, there simply wasn't enough time to organize all deliveries by the second Wednesday. This month's deliveries will be July 15th - 17th.

All neighborhood pickup locations re-opened for July

All residential city pickup locations will be open for July.

If you want to keep getting home deliveries, click here to change your pickup site to be:

+Direct to your home or office.

It's super easy and only takes about 30 seconds to do. It's the very first pickup location in the list. Be sure to click the Submit button when finished.

We're really excited to be able to continue to offer this option. If this makes sense for your household, go ahead and switch your pickup site to direct delivery. One less thing to think about on delivery day.

We will have an update sent out to everyone who got a home delivery in June about the coolers and what to do with them if you don't want to repurpose them yourself! We will have that update here in the portal by the weekend.

Inventory & Eggs

We've added about three months worth of inventory. Selection should be a little better than it was at the end of last month. We should be adding a little more on Tuesday (the last day to make changes, we know! :( ), notably Whole Ground Beef (the one with the liver) if you want to check back then.

Eggs will again be allocated based on the average order on your account between October and March. You may be able to add eggs since some members with eggs will skip their delivery, but not until we allocate the eggs and everyone gets sent the "next delivery" email.

New Product: Mushroom Butter

We actually introduced this for the first time in June. It's super good.

These are amazing on pretty much any meat item, especially fish!
Our friends at Northwood Mushrooms are making these custom for TC Farm members so that we have all organic ingredients!

Look for box 803 to add it to your delivery.

This month's mushrooms will be Nebrodini and Maitake - as always you can read about them in the Mushroom Updatesection of the member portal.

Those mushroom gardens are starting to grow!

We got a couple pictures from one of our members late last week letting us know that her mushroom log from earlier in the season has produced its first two shiitake mushrooms!
