TC Farm raises lamb seasonally and we have it back in stock for a limited time.
All are 100% grass fed, heritage breeds which have been rotationally grazed.
Lamb:
- Younger, mild flavor -- will taste like a really great flavored steak -- pretty lean
- All of our lamb are heritage breeds
- These lambs were rotationally grazed
- They are all grass fed
Yearlings
- Richer flavor
- More marbled
- Raised exactly the same as the lambs, but just one year longer
