TC Farm Brats = Summer Superstars

Maybe you've been a member for a while have stuck to ordering TC Farm chicken breasts and ground beef. Perhaps you pick up some steaks or ground pork now and then. Or maybe you just joined. Either way, if you haven't tried our brats yet, you're missing out!

Now that summer grilling season is swinging into high gear, take a moment to find out what all the fuss is about what it comes to our brats!

What You'll Find / What you Won't

In our TC Farm Brats (and sausages) you will find:

  1. Pasture Raised Meats, raised on actual green pasture.
  2. Organic Seasonings
  3. Salt
  4. Real Smoked Goodness

That's it.

What won't you find?

  • We don't add synthetic binders (others add these to keep their sausages from falling apart because of excess added water)
  • No petroleum based artificial colors or "natural" flavors (which aren't very natural)
  • No gluten fillers
  • No toxic phosphates to hold excess water
  • No high fructose corn syrup (or whatever the latest fad might be)
  • No questionable ingredients

All of our brats are hand made with organic spices.
They are also pre-cooked.
You might have wondered why.

We don’t use any binders or phosphates to increase the fat or water content in any of our sausages. This means the brats are best if cooked to a lower temperature to avoid fat rendering out.

That’s something we can do longer and slower in-house than you could on a grill.
This ensures safe temperatures and an ideal eating experience.

A Couple Brat Cooking Tips

  • Avoid overcooking them
  • Focus on searing the outside to get a good texture
  • Bring the center to around 140-150º so they are warmed through
