Microgreens - So popular we're looking to offer them year round!

We Need 100 Members

We were thrilled to begin offering TC Farm grown microgreens this winter into spring.

Maybe you got to try some of the pea shoots and radishes for yourself. Or maybe you missed out on the first round of microgreens we offered and hoped for more!

Based on some amazing feedback from our members who got them, we would love to start offering them year-round. We just need to make sure we have enough members who want them!

• Before our farmer Becca starts planting, we need to gauge how many of our members will continue ordering them.
• To offer microgreens year round, we need about 100 members who subscribe to get a package of microgreens every other week. If you subscribe, you can skip anytime.
• Having subscribers will really help with our planning on such a perishable product. Once we have around 100 members who have committed to ordering them, we'll be able to start offering them as a regular TC Farm item for all our embers

Why every other week? That is how long they take to raise and we don't have enough racks to offer every week (yet!). The upside is that it is impossible for them to be any fresher

One of the big reasons it is so hard to sustain local produce farms is that they only have revenue for part of the year. The more things we can do to extend that beyond 18 weeks, the better for local farming and the more sustainable the local food system will become!
