We've had so many requests for traditional hams for Easter or other gatherings that we have added three new ham cuts for you to enjoy!
Ham Roast - Shank End
This isn't ham shanks - it is a traditional ham roast, but cut to include only the shank end.
Still quite meaty, but it includes enough bone for you to make a great soup the next day - Think of this as a traditional ham roast.
To cut after warming, slice off the boneless part of the roast and serve. Then save the bone with load of meat to cook with some beans or peas in a soup. Yum!

This is the meatiest portion of ham, the sirloin end.

Center cut steaks
A one inch thick-sliced ham steak out of the center of the ham.
This is mostly meat with a small bone in the center.
You can warm quickly and serve it how it is, or slice into cubes quickly.

Our Kids' Favorite Ham: no fat
About 1 lb each pack.
This ham is great for kids. It is an emulsified deli ham (officially called a pork roll) without any fatty parts like a traditional ham roast would have. Think bologna texture with ham flavor. This is fantastic for ham sandwiches, I love frying in a pan first and then having melted cheese with toasted bread.
