  • Click "Remove" to remove items.
  • Click details to find out more about what's in the box.

(You can even click "Skip Delivery" if you need to skip the next month's delivery.)

  • Make changes any time.
  • Whatever is in your cart at midnight on the last day of the month is what we will be sending the next month.

Some of our Most Popular Items

48hr Pulled Pork

$39
2.3 lbs avg

Box 130
$16.96/lb

Jack's slow cook recipe

  • 2 packs of smoked pulled pork - just salt added (~1lb ea)

Warm and serve - I LOVE this recipe.. it took me a few years to perfect, so I hope you'll enjoy too. Just take this out of the package and enjoy. I prefer to fry in a hot pan with a bit of butter to get some crispy edges, but anyway you want to add into a recipe works great. Highly recommend over mushroom risotto.

Here is an instructional video with a carnitas recipe.

This is a flat rate box and is priced per box.

Ground Beef

$52
5.15 lbs avg

Box 207
$10.10/lb

Dry-aged, grass-fed, slow-growth, pasture-raised. Delicious.

  • 5 packs of ground beef (~1lb ea)

Thaw in a bowl in the fridge or in a bag in slowly running warm water. I actually like to thaw by cooking in a pan, crisping up the outside and then cutting it off with a spatula until it is all cooked. Yum.

This is a flat rate box and is priced per box.

Spring Mix Greens - Earthbound

1 lbs avg

Box 600

Some Tips for New Members

This page isn't only for new members.

Even if you've been a member for a while, here are a few tips to help you get things set up and working best for your household.

Here are 4 things you should do to get the most out of your TC Farm membership:

  • Remember what you can do with the portal
  • Set up your food preferences
  • Set up your notification preferences
  • Save more money each month by signing up for extra discounts

(1) Remember What You Can do with the Portal

You can always

  • See all the items we have to order
  • Place your next order
  • See when your next delivery is
  • Skip your next delivery
  • Add more items
  • Remove items
  • and more

(2) Set up your food preferences

Each month, TC Farm will suggest what we will send in the next month's delivery. We do this based on the preferences you set up here.

After we send you an email telling you what will be in your next delivery, you can always remove the boxes we recommended and add exactly the boxes you want. But a lot of our members love using the sliders to set their preferences. That way, you don't have to think about it. Set it and forget it.

Use the sliders to tell us the kinds of meats you want to see:

  • more of
  • less of or
  • not at all

We will use what you tell us to make our recommendations. If you tell us you want to get a lot of chicken but it's been a while since you've had chicken, we are more likely to recommend a chicken package for next month.

(3) Set up your Notification Preferences (Get text reminders!)

Everyone is really busy. The months go by so quickly. We get it. That's why we send out reminders about your next delivery, reminders when the window to make changes to your delivery is about to close, reminders about your pickup day and more. We don't want anyone to forget! But you might not want to get so many reminders. Or, you might prefer a shorter nudge by text instead of an email. We get that too.

We've set up our member portal to allow for you to tell us how (and if) you want to receive certain kinds of messages. Maybe you want us to send you an email letting you know what's in your next delivery but want to be reminded that it's delivery day via text. We've got you covered!

To set your notification preferences

Make sure that your cell phone number is correct. (If you want to be notified on two cell phones, be sure to include the second number in the additional number field.)

Important: You need to click on the Message Preferences button to see your message preferences.

Once you've done this, simply pick the way you want to receive different kinds of messages. By default, all of the messages begin as emails. You can change that for the different message types.

YOU are in control. You can even choose to turn some kinds of notifications off but be careful. For instance: if you turn off both the morning pickup reminder and the "pickup is ready" reminder, you won't hear anything from us at ALL on the day of delivery.

Be sure to hit the submit button at the bottom when you are finished.

(4) Save more money each month

Save 1.5% paying from checking

If you sign up for automatic check handling (ACH) (paying by checking or savings account) we will add an additional discount of 1.5% for all of your deliveries. (This is on top of any other discounts you are receiving.)

By doing this, you are authorizing TC Farm to automatically collect your monthly payment (and payment for any additional food you order) directly from your checking account instead of the credit card you currently have on file. We will still collect your payments on the 1st of each month.

To sign up for ACH:

  1. go to the billing page.
  2. There, click to Update your Payment Method Now

  3. Select ACH and then enter your account number and routing number found on your checks
  4. You will now see the following reminder at the top of all of your portal pages:
  5. Over the next 24-48 hours, your bank will make two small deposits into your account to verify that it is your account. (Yup, you'll have to wait a day or two!)
  6. Once those deposits have been made you can click on the "verify your account" link.
  7. Enter in the amount of those deposits. For instance, if your bank deposited 15 cents and 74 cents you would enter 15 and 74.
