Same Salmon, Packaged Differently
Beginning with our July deliveries, our Superior Fresh salmon will now come with each package containing one whole fillet but split into two. It is packaged so each half can be thawed individually.
Each half is about a one pound portion size (vs. the half pound filet that came in the older packaging.)
The filets will come with one whole filet (2 halves) per pack.

The cleanest fish available
This is a full salmon fillet, cut in half and packaged so you can thaw just one half at a time.
These are raised by Superior Fresh in Wisconsin. They only use organic or sustainably wild-caught feed. Their closed-system raises fantastic greens to purify the water.
This is a flat rate box, weights will vary - target minimum weight is 2 pounds.
