We know how important it is to have a routine! That's why we try as hard as we can to keep our neighborhood pickups the same from month-to-month. We haven't made any changes to the overall routes for a whole year now(!)
But: in order to make sure our drivers have enough time to visit all the stops along their route and to make sure warehouse crew has enough time to get everyone's deliveries ready, we simply had to change up our neighborhood routes.
This means, starting in October, the date/time/week of most members picking up at our neighborhood pickup sites has changed.
The member portal will always tell you the correct date and time for when your next pickup will be.
Some of you are creatures of habit who simply show up at the same time or have a recurring reminder set on your phones -- we get it!
Starting in October, the day of the week / week / pickup time of most neighborhood routes have changed.
The next time you have a delivery scheduled, be sure to check the time for your pickup window. Your food might be arriving at the pickup site a little sooner or a little later than it had in the past.
For members who will find it more difficult to pick up at the new time, we offer home deliveries, too. You don't need to be at home. And you can even select which week of the month (2nd week, 3rd week, 4th week etc) works best for YOU. To start getting home deliveries, just visit the Home Deliveries page in the member portal.
We understand that for some people this change might make it more difficult to pick up your deliveries. Again: We really, really try to avoid making changes like this until long after we simply have to.
