Say Cheese

We've added two more cheeses to our lineup:

• Cheese curds

A 10 ounce pack of fresh, made-to-order, cheese curds using local, grass fed milk.

• Mozarella

Fresh made mozzarella! Local. Grass fed.
This is a low moisture mozzarella, so it's perfect for using on pizza (or really anywhere that is going to be cooked).
Great by itself, but is not the type where most of the package is water.

We have limited quantities of both, at least for April's delivery - so if you are thinking of getting some, you might want to add it to your cart early.
