Getting a home delivery the week of October 25? Add TC Farm Milk to your delivery!
We've been working with our farming partner Wayne for the better part of a year to be able to offer TC Farm milk! We'll have a bigger article when we launch the milk for everyone. (We are targeting a January/February launch!)
But next week, if you are getting a home delivery October 26-28, you can add TC Farm Milk to your delivery.
If you are getting neighborhood deliveries or not getting a home delivery the week of October 25, you won't be able to add this milk to a different delivery.
We are doing this because we want to get our members' feedback on our milk! We will be sending out a short feedback form about our milk to everyone who gets milk in next week's delivery. The only thing we ask is that if you get milk in next week's delivery, you take a minute or two to fill out the feedback form we'll be sending.
Pasture raised. Certified Organic. Grass Fed. This is the real deal
Some things that sets this milk apart:
- 100% grass fed
- Rotationally grazed on green pasture
- Certified organic
Most store bought grass-fed milk, even the organic stuff, is still raised in feedlot. These cows are raised on actual green pasture.
Something else that's a pretty big deal about this milk is our lower temperature pasteurization. This maximizes flavor and nutrition vs. the 60 day shelf life with grocery milk.
For this run of milk next week, we are including a full fat milk, almost 4% vs. the grocery "whole milk" of 3%. Hopefully you will enjoy those extra fat soluble nutrients and extra CLAs. Mmmmm!
Wayne, our farming partner, has been working with us for a while(!) to make better milk a reality and we are so excited to get to share it with you.
Making the real deal in terms of grass-fed milk requires lots of support. We want to be able to get it right, without any compromises.
That’s why we are offering this sample run of milk next week. If you are getting a home delivery next week, we'd love if you added a half gallon (or more!) to your delivery so your family can try it for yourself and tell us what you think!
One thing to note - because we are doing a one week sample run for next week only, you will notice the packaging and branding is NOT TC Farm. We are still working on design and packaging options before our launch. We are simply using existing packaging to get Wayne's single sourced milk to you next week. This really is TC Farm milk that was raised specifically for us to those standards!

After the milk is delivered next week, we will be sending out a survey to everyone who got the milk. We will be using this to see what you thought and also gauge interest in weekly milk delivery. (We need to have enough people getting milk each week to make this something that we can offer as a product to our members!)

What’s cool about this photo is that the calf is being allowed to nurse. Pasture raised means that the cows are actually outside. Almost no diary calves get to be with their mothers and get milk.
