So Easy to Add Notes For Your Delivery Driver
If you are getting home deliveries and you want to make sure the driver knows where to put the food in the same place every time, just update your driver notes.
In the TC Farm member portal, go to:
- My Account
- Contact Information
There, you can leave a note for your driver. Stuff like:
"Always leave the delivery inside the four season porch"
"The house doesn't show up in google maps but it is the 4th house on the road, the one with the giant pine tree."
"Press *5571 to get into building. Then you can leave the food inside the delivery storage area. To the right of the elevator banks."
"Don't worry about the giant alligator. It is not real."
If you are updating the notes the night before your delivery (or the day of your delivery) you should drop us a line. We update the system the drivers see each week but if you've got something time sensitive or for this week only, let us know!
