The TC Farm Member Portal

The TC Farm member portal is where you can see what we plan to send in your upcoming delivery (or deliveries)

You can add stuff, remove stuff, see when and where your food will be delivered and more!


Easy to Add Stuff to Your Deliveries

To add something else to your delivery, simply browse through all great stuff we have to offer and select "Add to Delivery"


Easy to Add Things to a Different Delivery Date

When browsing through our products, when you click the green Add to Delivery button, it will add items to your next delivery (or the delivery you are modifying)

But: you can always add things to a different delivery.

Simply select the drop down arrow on the right side of the green button.

You'll get a list of other delivery dates you can add to. Easy peasy.


Easy to Search for Stuff

Know exactly what you are looking for?

There's no need to scroll through everything.
Just use the search bar to find exactly what you want.


Easy to Remove Stuff

Don't want to get something that's in an upcoming delivery?

Just select the button that says "Remove"!


Easy to Move Stuff to Other Deliveries

If you have something planned for a delivery and want to move it to a different week, you can simply click Move To

Then select the date you want to move the delivery to.

  • You can pick upcoming deliveries
  • You can even pick earlier deliveries (if the window for making changes to those deliveries hasn't closed)

Easy to Switch Between Different Deliveries

If you have more than one delivery scheduled, when you visit the portal, the first delivery you will see will be the next one we are sending.

  • You can switch between your other upcoming delivery or deliveries by clicking on the date of that delivery.



Easy to Remove a Delivery!

Maybe your freezer is a little full? Or maybe you are going out of town for a few weeks. We get it.

We've made it super easy for you to cancel any upcoming delivery.

Just click on the red Cancel This Delivery button!

That's it!


Easy to See How Long You Have to Make Changes

We are super flexible here at TC Farm! But it still takes time to get everyone's order packed and ready to go.

We always let you know, right in the portal, how long you have to make changes.

  • There isn't any need to save your delivery after you are done making changes.
  • If it is too late to make changes to a delivery, the portal will say "No more changes allowed on this delivery" The remove button will go away for stuff in that delivery.

Just remember: Whatever is in your cart at midnight on the cutoff date will be charged to your payment method and delivered to you.

  • Click details to find out more about what's in the box
  • You can see the details for stuff in your upcoming order or when you are browsing or searching too!


Sometimes you will even find recipes, links to blog posts, preparation tips and more! Always good to find out more!


Add a Delivery Date

  • Maybe you get deliveries only once a month.
  • Maybe you get deliveries every week but removed that week and now want to add it back.

If you want a delivery for a week that isn't listed in your portal, just fill out the feedback form and let us know!


We'd love to get food to you whenever it works best for you!





Set up Your Food Preferences!

Each month, TC Farm makes suggestions for what we will be sending our members in the next month's delivery.

• The amount of food is based on your past order history.
• The kinds of food are based on what you've told us you like.

You already told us what kinds of things you like or don't like. We try to get those recommendations right! But things change over time. We make it really easy to let us know what sorts of things you like! Even after we recommend things, you can always remove the boxes we recommended and add exactly the boxes you want for any delivery.


There are two kinds of things that we put in your upcoming orders:

Our TC Farm Monthly Recommendations

This includes meat and other once-a-month recommended items. We base what we recommend on:

  • What you told us you like when you joined
  • What's in your member preferences (meat items)
  • What you've ordered in the past (non-meat items)

You will get a message whenever you have an upcoming order where we have recommended items like these.

You can always remove the boxes we recommended and add exactly the boxes you want. Or even skip the delivery entirely. Just make sure you make those changes before the change cutoff for that delivery.

For non-meat items: we recommend items once a month if you've ordered them in the previous 60 days. If you don't want something recommended, just remove it from your cart. We will stop recommending it after it has been more than 60 days since you ordered it.

Automatically Recurring Items

(Standing Orders)

As a member, you can pre-request specific items -- stuff like produce, dairy, mushrooms and bakery items -- to arrive on a recurring schedule that works best for you. Sometimes, this is more often than once a month.

Maybe you want to get produce boxes every other week and some croissants once a month every month? We make it easy for you to set that up!

Standing orders help two ways!

  1. You set up your defaults so it is easier to get just the right food at the right time.
  2. TC Farm can plan ahead to ensure we raise the right food for you. This is really important for perishable items.

You aren't locked in. You can always remove the stuff you pre-requested from any order as long as you make the change before the change cutoff for that delivery.

Note: If you sign up for these, we will not send you reminder messages each time about these orders since you have pre-scheduled them. You'll still be able to see them in your member portal. And you can still make changes to those upcoming deliveries. (We usually have the next 3-4 weeks of orders in the portal.)


How to set / adjust your overall meat preferences

We make it super easy to tell us the kinds of meat and which types of cuts you want to get recommended. (Or not recommended.) If you find we are not recommending the right items, be sure to adjust the sliders.

You can find your meat preferences under My Account / Preferences.

The upper part of the preferences bar is where you can tell us exactly what kinds of meats we should recommend.

The first set of sliders is for the cuts themselves.

  • Maybe you want a lot of beef?
  • Maybe you want us to recommend chicken more often?
  • Maybe you never want us to recommend pork?


How to tell us about specific cuts you prefer

Below that, you can customize the breakdown of the cuts of meat you prefer.

  • Maybe you want to get a bunch of ground beef and steaks?
  • Or even only steaks recommended?
  • Perhaps your family wants only white and dark meat chicken and no whole chicken?
  • Maybe you want us to recommend a lot of bacon?

This is where you can let us know!

Two things to remember:

  1. Be sure to hit submit when you are done!
  2. This sets up what TC Farm will recommend each month. But, of course, you can always swap out our recommendations for something else!




Standing Orders

Members who have standing orders can choose what things you want to get and how often we send the items:

  • Every Week *
  • Every Other Week *
  • Monthly

* TC Farm only has neighborhood pickups once a month. If you have a standing order for anything other than monthly, it will need to be home delivered.

You can always come back to the form and update with changes, too!

Go ahead and fill out the standing request form (or fill it out again to make changes any time!)

Filling out the form the first time?

Simply tell us how often you want to get the item and how many of that item you want each time.

So if you wanted us to deliver 1 package of seasonal produce every other week, you would choose:

  • Every other week and
  • 1 per order

Or if you wanted to get 2 orders of mushrooms every week, you would select:

  • Every week and
  • 2 per order

Easy peasy!

Want to remove a standing request?

Already filled out the form but want to stop getting something?

Just skip ahead to the item or items that you want to stop getting and select Never Recommend

You can (should!) leave everything else in the form as "No change"

Filling out the form again?

Already getting recurring items but you want to make a change?

  • Maybe you want to start getting something weekly instead of every other week?
  • Maybe you want to change how many croissants you get?

Just skip ahead to the item (or items) that you want to change and make the change. You can (should!) leave everything else in the form as "no change".

Get Messages the Way You Want them When You Want Them!

Maybe you never check your email and would like to be reminded about deliveries by text so you don't miss the reminders?

Maybe you've been a member for years and don't need to be reminded about upcoming deliveries?

We make it easy for you to get the kinds messages and reminders you want sent the way that works best for you!

Everyone is really busy. We get it. That's why we send out reminders about your next delivery, reminders when the window to make changes to your delivery is about to close, reminders about your pickup day and more. We don't want anyone to forget!

But you might not want to get so many reminders. Or, you might prefer a shorter nudge by text instead of an email. We get that too.

We've set up our member portal so you can tell us how (and if) you want to receive certain kinds of messages.
By default, all of our messages start as emails. But you can set your default to get all texts. Or just certain kinds of messages as texts.

Maybe you want us to send you an email letting you know what's in your next delivery but on the day it's delivered you want to be reminded by text? We've got you covered!




To Set Your Message Preference

  • Go into My Account and choose Message Preferences
  • Make sure your cell phone and email address are correct under the contact details.

YOU are in control. You can even choose to turn some kinds of notifications off but be careful. For instance: if you your get monthly neighborhood pickups and you turn off both the morning pickup reminder and the "pickup is ready" reminder, you won't hear anything from us at ALL on the day of delivery.

Be sure to hit the submit button at the bottom when you are finished.





Save 1.5% paying directly from checking or savings

If you sign up for automatic check handling (ACH) (paying by checking or savings account) we will add an additional discount of 1.5% for all of your deliveries.

(This is on top of any other discounts might get.)

It's a two step process. You can do some of it today. You then need to wait 1-2 days for your bank. Then you can finish it. (It's super important that you finish once you start the process or we won't be able to charge your old card or the bank account you entered!) Totally worth it though to save a little extra $$!

By doing this, you are authorizing TC Farm to automatically collect your monthly payment (and payment for any additional food you order) directly from your checking account instead of the credit card you currently have on file.

To sign up for ACH:

  1. Go to the billing page.
  2. There, click to Update your Payment Method Now

  3. Select ACH and then enter your account number and routing number found on your checks
  4. You will now see the following reminder at the top of all of your portal pages:
  5. Super important: You need to wait a day or two and come back in a few days. If you don't do the next 2-3 steps, we don't be able to send you any food!
  6. Over the next 24-48 hours, your bank will make two small deposits into your account to verify that it is your account. (That's why you need to wait a day or two!)
  7. Once those deposits have been made you can click on the "verify your account" link.
  8. Enter in the amount of those deposits. For instance, if your bank deposited 15 cents and 74 cents you would enter 15 and 74.
